An Indian Garden of Flavours

I've always believed you feast with your eyes first. For years, that has meant pressing edible flowers into cookies, celebrating the seasons through food, and finding beauty in the smallest details nature offers us.

This time, I want to take that feeling somewhere entirely new - to India, a country where flowers are not just decoration, but ritual, offering, colour, and art woven into everyday life.

Together, we’ll follow the journey of ingredients from the earth to our hands and finally to the plate. We’ll wander through flower-filled markets, cook alongside local chefs, discover the stories behind spices and traditional techniques, and meet artisans whose hands have preserved generations of craft.

At the heart of our journey is a stay at Mharo Khet, a beautiful working farm where we’ll slow down and reconnect with where our food comes from. We’ll walk through fields, discover seasonal harvests, create alongside the land, and bring together flowers, flavours

Delhi

Few cities in the world carry as much within them as Delhi. Thirty-plus million people, eight centuries of built heritage, and a cultural energy that feels permanently switched on. It is chaotic, generous, surprising, and beautiful - often all at once.

A city that shifts constantly between heritage and modern energy. And the perfect place from which to begin exploring India's living, blooming soul.

Day 01 to Day 02

Day 1
Arrival to Delhi

Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), where your private driver will meet you and transfer you to The Golden Haveli, your home for the next two nights.

We begin at an easy pace with visits to Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar, two of Delhi’s most remarkable landmarks. In the evening, gather for dinner at Haveli Dharampura, a beautifully restored heritage mansion in the heart of Old Delhi.

Guests may arrive at any time on January 19 and join the day’s activities accordingly. Airport pickup and hotel transfer are included. Arriving a day early or late? We can arrange your airport pickup accordingly. Your included hotel stay begins on January 19; additional nights are at your own expense.

Day 2
New Delhi

Today, you'll learn how to turn fresh flowers into wearable art - hammering real botanical petals directly onto fabric to capture their natural pigment, then framing and accenting the design with intricate hand embroidery. It's a soothing, tactile process, part craft and part meditation, and by the end you'll have a custom botanical tote to take home - made entirely by your own hands.

From there, into the heart of Shahjahanabad with Dr Chef Rajeev Goyal. The group weaves through 500-year-old lanes, spice bazaars, and legendary eateries on a sensory trail that reveals Old Delhi at its most authentic. The trail also takes in Asia’s oldest spice market, where Chef Rajeev guides guests through what to pick up and how best to use it. A curated tea tasting slows the afternoon before a hands-on cooking class at an award-winning studio, where guests prepare and share everything they have created.

Agra

Majestic Agra, home to the iconic Taj Mahal, is a shimmering jewel of Indian heritage. Immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture as you explore the bustling bazaars filled with exquisite handicrafts and textiles. Savor delectable Mughlai cuisine, featuring aromatic biryanis and rich, creamy curries that tantalize the taste buds. The city's historical allure extends beyond the Taj, with the imposing Agra Fort and the serene Fatehpur Sikri offering breathtaking views and stories of a glorious past. Agra's blend of history, culture, and irresistible flavors promises an unforgettable journey for every traveler.

Day 3

Day 3
Agra

After breakfast, the group travels to Agra and checks into the hotel. The afternoon is spent at the majestic Agra Fort before the day closes at Mehtab Bagh - the tranquil gardens across the river where the Taj Mahal catches the last light of the day.

Jaipur

A historic city shaped by Mughal legacy, defined by its architecture, riverside setting, and enduring cultural significance. Its stories are best felt through its spaces and craftsmanship.

Day 4 TO 6

Day 4
Jaipur

Wake up at the crack of dawn to visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Built in the 17th century by Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this iconic monument remains one of the world’s most enduring expressions of love.

The group drives from Agra to Jaipur. Arrive and check in to your hotel.

The rest of the day is intentionally left unhurried. Take this time to pause, settle in, or simply enjoy the space around you, whether that means a quiet evening at the hotel or a gentle first glimpse of the Pink City.

Day 5
Jaipur

This morning, step into Jaipur’s bustling flower market, where the city begins its day surrounded by colour, fragrance, and tradition.

Flowers are deeply woven into Jaipur’s culture and daily rhythms from adorning wedding celebrations to sacred temple offerings, they remain one of the city’s most enduring symbols of beauty and celebration.

You’ll learn to create traditional laddus delicately adorned with edible flowers, followed by a visit to a studio where floral waste from temples is given a second life transformed into natural dyes and prints that bring new colour to textiles while preserving age-old crafts.

Later, visit the City Palace Jaipur, home to the city’s royal heritage, with its elegant courtyards, costumes, and artefacts from a bygone era.

And to close the day, take time to simply wander through Jaipur’s colourful markets, hidden corners, and the endless beauty found around every turn.

Day 6
Jaipur

After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to Amber Fort, where grand courtyards, mirrored halls, and sweeping views reflect the layered elegance of Mughal and Rajput architecture.

An exclusive visit to one of India’s most beautiful ceramic studios, where hand-painted floral motifs have been refined over generations. We begin with a walk through the studio, observing the craft, detail, and stories behind each piece, before settling into a private, hands-on workshop guided by the artisans.

Jodhpur

Jodhpur, the Blue City of Rajasthan, is known for its impressive Mehrangarh Fort, old havelis, and blue-painted houses. The old city is full of narrow lanes, small shops, local crafts, and everyday life.

Day 7 TO 9

Day 7
Jodhpur

Leaving behind the palaces & pink sandstone of Jaipur, you'll journey west into Rajasthan's countryside, where life unfolds to the rhythm of the seasons.

Tucked between guava orchards, flowering gardens & cultivated fields, Mharo Khet is less a hotel than a living farm; a place where ingredients are grown, harvested, cooked & shared with intention.

After settling into your cottages, later in the afternoon, join a guided walk through the orchards, gardens, & fields, discovering fragrant herbs, seasonal produce, & edible flowers while gaining a deeper appreciation for the connection between the farm & the table.

In the evening, gather beneath a canopy of guava trees for a plant-forward nine-course tasting menu. Thoughtfully crafted using ingredients harvested & foraged just moments before service, each course celebrates the season, the creativity of the chefs, & the extraordinary flavours that emerge when the menu is led entirely by nature.

Day 8
Jodhpur

Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast, followed by time to explore the surroundings at your own pace or choose from a selection of thoughtfully curated experiences at the farm.

Later in the day, the creative journey continues with a special workshop led by Loria, inspired by the beauty of the land and its seasonal offerings. Following this, step into a collaborative four-hands culinary experience with the chefs of Mharo Khet, exchanging techniques and ideas, and creating dishes together that celebrate two different culinary perspectives.

As the evening unfolds, you may choose to experience a restorative sound healing session using Tibetan singing bowls.

Tonight, gather for another specially curated dinner set beside the pool, surrounded by glowing bonfires and the enchanting atmosphere of the desert night.

After dinner, continue the celebration with an intimate private performance by musicians from western Rajasthan.

Day 9
Jodhpur

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, the enchanting Blue City of Rajasthan, known for its indigo-painted homes, magnificent fort, and rich cultural heritage.

Explore the narrow lanes of Jodhpur and visit the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, one of Rajasthan’s most impressive forts, perched high above the city and offering breathtaking views of its blue-hued neighbourhoods.

Continue with a heritage walk through the historic quarters, discovering hidden courtyards, local homes, and glimpses of everyday life in this timeless city.
